A Spite Pouch is an item found in Paper Mario: The Thousand-Year Door. When the item is used in battle, Mario receives the Payback status effect, which causes all enemies who attack Mario directly, only receive half the damage they deal when they attack Mario (just like the "Return Postage" Badge).
