Mario's Pad is the name for Mario's house in Super Mario RPG: Legend of the Seven Stars. He falls into the house after Exor falls into Bowser's Keep.
Mario's House is the name for Mario and Luigi's house in the Paper Mario series and Mario & Luigi: Superstar Saga. It is pretty much a bigger version of the one in SMRPG.
