A Mid Mushroom is a health-recovery item found in Super Mario RPG: Legend of the Seven Stars. It has a green cap with white spots. When used, a member of the party recovers eighty HP. The Mid Mushroom is more powerful than the common Mushroom, but not as powerful as the Max Mushroom.
Trivia
- This mushroom bears a resemblance to the 1-Up Mushroom found in other games.
- The Weird Mushroom used by Croco is similar in appearance to a Mid Mushroom.
