Menono[1] (メン斧) is an enemy in Wario Land 4 in the Sapphire Passage. A Menono is pink, has blue eyes, brown feet and a hatchet as its weapon. An Ax Ghost leaves a small coin when defeated. It will only attack if it sees Wario and will attack by charging and swinging his ax at Wario. An Menono has a close resemblance to the Onomī.

Its name translates to "ax face."
