The Beanbean International Airport is located in the southern part of the Beanbean Kingdom and services Beanbean Air. It is an impressive facility for a land of so few technological achievements, and even has a baggage claim area. The only known location to which Beanbean Air flies is the Mushroom Kingdom.
In Mario & Luigi: Superstar Saga, the airport was attacked by Piranha Plants and Mom Piranha. Peach wanted to land in the airport with her plane but with all the Piranhas she couldn't. Mario and Luigi had to defeat all the Piranhas, so the plane could land. However, simply engaging the Plants in battle wasn't enough, as when defeated, they would promptly respawn. But a nearby set of water pumps solved the problem. Mario filled himself up with water, then spat it on a Piranha Plant. When wet, the Plant was then electrocuted by Luigi's Thunderhand move, killing the plant and its root, which led to a large egg on the runway. After all the Piranhas were fried, the egg hatched, revealing Mom Piranha. After disposing of her, the runway was cleared, allowing Peach's plane access.
