| Ah ha! when you put {{ around a page name, it shows the page, not a link. Instead, put brackets [[ around a page title, and it will show a link. As for your sig trouble, I suggest removing the image; accoring to [[MarioWiki:Signature]], images must be no more than 35px tall, and animated images, like yours, are discouraged (they create long loading times and are distracting to readers).
