The Routing Slip is a document that appears in Paper Mario: The Thousand-Year Door. It is a key item necessary for completing part of the quest Newsletter.... The Routing Slip can be obtained after Chapter 4 at the Trouble Center in Rougeport. Mario will be able to accept a request from Mayor Dour, the mayor of Twilight Town. Mario went to Twilight Town and talked to the Mayor Dour. Mayor Dour gave Mario the Routing Slip to deliver to the Puni Elder. Once the Puni Elder, signed it, Mario exchanged it for a newsletter.
