Template:SMRPG Moves Dark Star is an attack most commonly used by bosses such as Exor and Culex in the game Super Mario RPG: Legend of the Seven Stars. It is the most powerful magic attack in the game, although it only affects a single party member. When Dark Star is used, an enemy summons a Ztar to crush a character. This attack is the enemy equivalent of Mallow's Star Rain; however, it only targets one character.
There is also a boss in Mario & Luigi: Bowser's Inside Story named Dark Star.
