A Dried Blooper is an enemy exclusively found in Mario & Luigi: Bowser's Inside Story in the Pump Works area in Bowser's body. These enemies are possibly thinner than a wafer. They have no form of attack outside of battle, but in battle, they will attack Mario or Luigi by slamming into them. This attack can easily be countered by jumping. When they get wet, they will transform into Bubble Bloopers.
