Tetris is a popular puzzle game developed in 1986. It first started out as a PC game then appeared on the NES and the Nintendo Gameboy. Many variations of the game have be created and are available for many systems.
Trivia
- There is a Mario Cameo in the version of Tetris for the Gameboy. When playing two player, player 1 is represented by Mario while Luigi represents player two. The winner of each round jumps up and down while the loser hangs his head dissappointed.
- The puzzles in the Dr. Mario series of games are very similar and likely based off of the Tetris gameplay.
