Barb is a character in Mario Power Tennis who hails from Empire. In the Island Open, Max or Tina faces her in the first round. Unlike Dweezil and Mynx, she is unseeded and not considered as much of a threat as her fellow Empire players. She claims to have underestimated her opponent because they were a rookie. She has the High-Power Shot and her doubles partner is Oscar. Oscar is never faced in the singles or doubles tournament.
