Template:Galaxybox The Gusty Garden Galaxy is a galaxy in the game Super Mario Galaxy. It features many grassy planetoids scattered throughout the galaxy. The player can travel to many of them by grabbing onto a flower and Spinning to fly across the galaxy. There are also planets resembling apples in this galaxy. The boss of the galaxy is Major Burrows.
Planets/Areas
Starting Planet
This planet has two sides. In the top, there are some flying flowers and an Item Crystal with Star Bits. On the bottom, there are goombas, rocks and spiky plants.
Stone Pieces Planet
This planet has several pieces of stone architecture on it including a pillar, steps, and a pestal. This planet is much like the starting one except it has a pipe that leads to the inside of the planet that has a ? coin that will make many star bits appear. Later in the game the inside will be filled with spiky plants and a ? coin with a rainbow star.
Flat Planets
There are several flat planets in the galaxy. They have different sizes but the same form. They are mostly inhabited by Piranha Plants and flying insects. Mario travels between them with Vines.
Curve Planet
This planet is shaped in the form of a curve that twists to the left. Mario can go to the bottom of the planet without falling. There are Piranha Plants and Rocky Wrenches in this planet.
Puzzle Cube
This planet is shaped, as its name implies, in the form of a cube. It has different obstacles in each side, such as a labyrinth, a fountain and a grassy place with a hidden tunnel. Mario has to catch a Star Bunny to get a Power Star here.
Question Mark Planets
The first planet only contains a Monty Mole and is the dot of the question mark, while the second one is much bigger and consists on its main body. There are three Monty Moles here that Mario has to defeat to progress to the next planet.
Metallic Planet
This planet can only be accessed by being latched to a Pull Star after being launched from a Launch Star. The planet is full of spiky vines that force Mario to follow a path while collecting coins and Star Bits.
Apple planets
These planets are three big apples. Two are red and one is green. Several wigglers and a giant green worm live on these planets.
Thorn Planet
This is a tiny planet with a thorny vine that surrounds and digs into the planet. There is a life mushroom on this planet.
Major Burrows Planet
This is a small dirt planet with a large tree growing on it. This is also the home to a star bunny and several spiky plants. When Mario gets here he finds Major Burrows tearing up the soil and chasing the bunny. Mario must defeat Major Burrows in order to get the planet's power star.
Golden Chomp Planet
This planet is a bunch of grass spheres all connected with spiky plants and boulders. There is also one golden chomp that also makes its home here. This chomp holds one of the power stars inside it.
Disk Planets
These are three floating disks with a pole stuck through each one. The first one is red, the second one is blue, and the third one is green. These have five blue star chips that Mario must get to advance but watch out for the electric orbs.
! and ? Planets
These five planets are a collection of boxes that will turn green with a ? or yellow with a ! depending on the gravity. They have several cannons and a power star at the end.

Then the player needs to go up a couple of vines to a Launch Star that leads Mario to a planet shaped like a giant caterpillar.
The player has to navigate along the planet to another Launch Star which takes Mario to an area with rotating discs. Mario has to go to the underside of the first disc and get the 1st Star Chip, next Mario has to Spin on the blue screw. Then the player has to climb the pole and jump to the next discs. Once Mario obtained all of the Star Chips, the Launch Star appears on the Green Disc.
Then Mario lands on a section of yellow blocks. Mario has to get to the green arrow-pendulum and Spin close to it to adjust gravity to get to the next part. The player has to do the same tactic at the next green pendulum arrow. In the next stage, the player has to attack another arrow. In the final area, Mario has to avoid the Cannonballs to reach the Power Star at the end.
Major Burrows's Daredevil Run

Trivia
- In the level Gusty Garden's Gravity Scramble, it is possible, by performing a long jump, to fall back to the planetoids where the Launch Star is. Because the gravity has changed in the platforms, it then becomes impossible to finish the level.
