:Yes and no, to answer you Edofenrir. Starlow doesn't help bowser at all and is definitely not one of Bowser's Minion. On the other hand, ''Chippy'' (starlow's B. Code Name) help bowser throughout the game, and bowser makes her a minion of his, even though she did not want to be one!
