The Thunder Shot is Fly Guy's Special Shot in Mario Hoops 3-on-3. To do it, the player must tap out an S shape.
Fly Guy starts by dribbling the ball in an S shape. The ball becomes white with electricity. Fly Guy pulls out a spear and starts spinning it, which shocks the ball with electricity.
