A pre-release screenshot of Mario & Luigi: Bowser's Inside Story. The blorbed Toad is saying "Please help (us) Mr. Mario."
Some Toads have been infected with the 'Blorbs and are now in a hospital resting.

The blorbs is a mysterious disease that appears in the events of Mario & Luigi: Bowser's Inside Story. This disease has spread all over the Mushroom Kingdom and infected the Toads. Those Toads that have the illness are taken aback as they grow large and round. It is caused by a poisoned food supply. The Miracle Vaccine eventually cures all those afflicted. It is unknown if Fawful was responsible or had anything to do with the disease as of now.
