The Hurricane is Bowser's new kart when the player beats Nitro Grand Prix in 100cc mode in Mario Kart DS. It is shaped like an airplane with the Koopa Clown Car face on the front. It has average drift, low acceleration, turning, and items, along with high speed and weight. It, along with ROB-BLS, has the highest top speed in the game.
