| A '''Long-Last Shake''' is an item in ''[[Super Paper Mario]]''. It regenerates the player's [[Heart Point|HP]] over time. The player can buy it at [[Howzit]]'s shop in [[Flipside]]. Using one begins a minigame where the player must tilt their Wii Remote in the directions shown. Maximum effect (getting twenty HP) is achieved by matching all five positions correctly.
