An Ice Puff is a variant of the Ruff Puff that lives near Fahr Outpost during Paper Mario: The Thousand-Year Door. It was a great hindrance to Mario, because if the heroic paper plumber got frozen by the Ice Puff, he is wide open to many attacks.
