Whomp-a-thon is a 4-player and a duel mini-game in Mario Party DS. Its name is a pun on marathon. In the game, the players are in a room with 4 Whomps which fall down randomly in a corner. The last player in the area, or those still standing when the timer ends, win the minigame.
