The Metakoro Disease (The Blorbs in North America) is a disease that is central to the plot of Mario & Luigi RPG 3. During the events of the game, it has spread all over the Mushroom Kingdom and infected many Toads. When infected with this disease, victims grow large and round. It is caused by a poisoned food supply. The Miracle Vaccine eventually cures all those afflicted. It is unknown if Fawful was responsible or had anything to do with the disease.
