Carrot is an item that appears in Super Mario Land 2: 6 Golden Coins. It transforms Mario into Rabbit Mario.
Rabbit Mario has rabbit ears coming out of his hat. When in the air, holding A can slow his descent, and repeatedly mashing it can lead to an almost fluttering of the ears. Also, holding A while on the ground causes Mario to hop continuously.
