Gerahōs are Shy Guy-like enemies that wear orange robes and a Fawful face. They are found in the events of Mario & Luigi RPG 3; and they also have a dark version. They can be defeated by Bowser if he punches them in the overworld.
Their name is a likely cross between Gerakobits and Hei-Ho, the Japanese names for Fawful and Shy Guy, respectively.
