XD I'm taking Applications101 now, which requires me to know how to run certain programs like Microsoft Word, Excell, PowerPoint, and an internet browser. | I think you're right. I tend to use named colors to recognize them easily and put on the tables. But sometimes, I have to use hex colors for certain templates that only work for those.
