The Fiery Dino Piranha is a boss fought in the Melty Molten Galaxy of Super Mario Galaxy. The character is another type of Dino Piranha. It's body is dark red, and it's head is black with red spots. It's petals are similar to that of a palm tree, and has white lips, like the normal Dino Piranha, but in contrast to the green lips of Petey Piranha. It's tail lights on fire, it can leave a fiery trail behind it, and in it's final form it is able to shoot fireballs. It's also much faster than the normal Dino Piranha, which makes it harder for Mario to strike it's tail.
