The story is the same: [[King Koopa]] has kidnapped [[Princess Toadstool]], and Mario is off to save her. However the difference is that at the end of every level, Mario will find the princess without having to fight a boss. The stages are also much different and all stages are auto-scrolling stages.

The Unit in Action

Super Mario Bros. is a Game & Watch version of Super Mario Bros. This version of Super Mario Bros. is actually quite different from the actual Super Mario Bros. and only has Mario as a playable character.
