Time Out is a Special Move taught to Mario by the Star Spirit Klevar in the game Paper Mario; Klevar thanks Mario and gives the special move to him thus rasing up a SP. Similar to the Stop Watch and Clock Out, Time Out can immobilize large groups of enemies for a few turns. The move costs two SP to use.
