The Booster Seat (also known as Baby Booster in PAL versions) is a kart that appears in Mario Kart Wii. The kart is a baby stroller with an engine and 2 exhaust pipes in the back, a pair of headlamps on the front of the vehicle, and a roof that tends to open when the characters jump from the cab. Only small characters can drive this vehicle. Due to its appearance and stats, it bears a resemblance to the Goo Goo Buggy and the Rattle Buggy from Mario Kart: Double Dash!!.

Trivia
- The Booster seat is the only vehicle other than the Star Bike in Mario kart Wii to go through a design change other than a palette-swap. The case here is that the fringes of the Booster Seat's roof are absent when one of the Baby Mario Bros. is driving it.
- The hub caps of Dry Bones's Booster seat resemble a Bird's eye view of his shell.
