This is a source of infinite lives. Go into the Coin Room and collect its coins and Powerup. Then, exit. The player should be at the two rows of bricks. The one to the right is a vine leading to the Coin Heaven. After you exit it, you'll land on the large platform with the Coin Room pipe. Repeat steps until you achieve enough lives. Watch the timer, though.

Actually, the landing here is better AND easier than the World 8 castle. At the near end, here's a trick. Be Super and go to the landing w\Lavaball and two-block ceiling. Run into Lavaball and you'll be small; able to fit into the spot easily. That temporailty invincibility will last once you make it to [[Bowser]].

Template:Worldbox World D is the fifth and final secret world that was first featured in the game Super Mario Bros.: The Lost Levels. In this World, the player will fight the real Bowser, instead of the False one. It was removed in Super Mario Bros. Deluxe.
