The SandWorm is an evil, worm-like boss in Wario World, fought in a large sand pit that continually pulls Wario in the center. His main attack is spitting spiky balls, but if damaged enough, will strike back with powerful moves, including slicing Wario with his scythe-like hands. He is quite easy, though, as all Wario must do to damage him is give him repeated punches.
