The Tiny Titan, (called the Rally Romper in Europe and Australia), is a small kart that appears in the game Mario Kart Wii. It is a kart that can only be used by small characters. It is based on the Monster from Famicom Grand Prix II: 3D Hot Rally. The Tiny Titan is unlocked by beating 1 expert staff ghost.
The Tiny Titan has an excellent off-road, which enables it to take off-road shortcuts without worrying about losing a lot of speed.
This kart's bike counterpart is the Magikruiser.
