The Metakoro is a disease that has been spread all over the Mushroom Kingdom and affects many Toads. When affect with this disease, it will cause the victim to grow large and round. It is unknow what cause the disease and also unknow what the cure is. Mario and Luigi were set out to find the cure to stop this plague in Mario & Luigi RPG 3.
