Howdy. When undoing a revision you had made to the vine article, I leaned on the enter key by accident while I was writing out my comment. Sorry about that. For clarity, I was going to say that I do not think we can assert with confidence what the three-dimensional shape of the "leaves" on the underwater vine are supposed to be and I do not think we have the grounds to be that declarative, or whether it is even is really supposed to be an alga. I honestly thought the underwater vines were invocative of soft corals like the sea whip while I was playing. - Nintendo101 (talk) 23:26, March 6, 2025 (EST) | Howdy. :Hey. Sorry, I reverted before reading this. Looking back, the ramuli on the aquatic Vine do look rather stubby. What do you think?Jumbo Ray (talk) |

RE: NSMB reference removal on The Super Mario Bros. Movie
It's still a character being reduced to bones from fire (which is the common method of this) and could've just been a coincidence with NSMB. Mario JC 11:36, April 8, 2023 (EDT)

Red Shell in The Super Mario Bros. Movie
So you mean the red Koopa coming out of the mouth of Bowser's Castle in the beginning of the movie while he tumbles inside of his red shell and after he lands he comes out just so he doesn't hurt himself from tumbling out? While that is technically true. It wasn't used as a weapon or a shield that isn't himself like the Green Shell or the Dry Bones Shell. Otherwise by that logic, Dry Bones going inside of his shell in Mario Tennis Aces is a Dry Bones Shell just because he goes inside of it. --KingGeoshiKoopshi64 (talk) 01:31, May 12, 2023 (EDT)
Image Categories
Hello, Jumbo Ray. Good job on your recent uploads, but when uploading files, keep in mind that you must correctly categorize the file. It's simple to learn how to do so. Just search for the correct category by starting with the following groups:
When uploading, copy the full title of the category and insert it in square brackets into the summary text box below the aboutfile template, replacing the uncategorized template entirely. If you're using the upload function from the text editor, simply add the category link to the description. For example, images related to the game Super Mario World would use: or one it its subcategories. Media files would use: Please consider the above information before uploading more files. Keep in mind that some files can belong to multiple categories. Do not put images into the media files category, or vice versa. If you continue uploading files without categorizing them correctly, then a warning will be issued. Thank you for reading, and keep contributing. |
With your recent image uploads for Super Mario Bros. Wonder,
should be added to the image summaries. - RHG1951 (talk) 20:50, August 31, 2023 (EDT)

File names
I know it can be fun to give images your own names but please avoid using humorous and undescriptive names for the files if they're being used on articles. Mario JC 08:29, October 6, 2023 (EDT)
You can rename files using the "move" function at the top of the page. After that, the file name needs to be updated on pages linking to them (listed under "File usage" at the bottom of the file page), then the old file name can be marked for deletion with the delete tag.
