History

Donkey Kong Country Returns (3D / HD)

Wacky Pipes first appears in the opening cutscene of Donkey Kong Country Returns and its ports, where it is seen bursting (ok idk how to word this rn but basically Wacky Pipes is also shown in the cutscene, not just Kalimba) - then it hypnotizes a giraffe

Super Smash Bros. Ultimate

In Super Smash Bros. Ultimate, Wacky Pipes is part of the Tiki Tak Tribe spirit, which includes all of the members who hypnotize bosses in Donkey Kong Country Returns.
