I also believe an interaction with other characters section needs to be added, but I will get to work on that as soon as I find the time.  {{User:White Knight/sig}}

Yeah I guess you're right.  For example, the sections [[Baby_Luigi#Interactions_with_Other_Characters|here]] say that Baby Mario and Yoshi have saved him three times, which was already stated in the article.  Besides, I really have got to work on the [[Luigi's Diary]] article when I have time for a major edit.  {{User|White Knight}}

This is a featured article!

It represents the best of the best that the Super Mario Wiki has produced. If there are any edits that will improve the article's quality even further, make them.

Mario not from Brooklyn

Its never been said in any of the nintendo games that Mario is from Brooklyn. only the cartoons,comic,and games not made by Nintendo have said Mario is from Brooklyn. Delsait 21:06, 21 March 2007 (EDT)

He actually is called a "Brooklynnite" in the manual of Super Mario Bros., although you're right in that he's never been said to be from Brooklyn in-game. --YellowYoshi398 21:08, 21 March 2007 (EDT)

Your close,what your thinking of is the mario 64 guide which again is not the game. The Brooklyn thing was invented by DIC. Delsait 21:43, 21 March 2007 (EDT)

I believe that the events of Donkey Kong (game) took place in Big Ape City (thanks SoS).Knife (talk) 23:08, 21 March 2007 (EDT)

Finally some people with the same opinion as me. The brooklinite thing maybe caused by MArios parents being born in Brooklyn. - Pal101

If his parents are from brooklinite then how they are italian? Princess Butterfly 16:14, 18 November 2007 (EST)

I've heard the Brooklyn area is a hot-spot for Italian-Americans. My Bloody Valentine If that's true, that would answer your question.

You have a point. This is confusing. Maybe his parents were born in Italy then move to brooklinite and some how ended up to the Mushroom Kingdom. Princess Grapes Butterfly 20:42, 26 January 2008 (EST)

This is late, but I feel like saying it: since we're considering all game guides official these days I guess that means he is from Brooklyn, then, regardless of whether you entertain the fan-theory that only the video games are true (no offense to anyone who does; your "personal canon" is your own decision). Being a Brooklynite, according to the guide book means spending enough of your life in Brooklyn. The whole "Mario comes from Brooklyn" concept may not have been made by Nintendo of Japan, but that doesn't make it any less official. Nintendo had to approve of DiC and give them creative control before they could use the "Mario" license. In classic Nintendo style, when the NoJ team got the idea to use Baby Mario (a character from the Adventures of Super Mario Bros. 3, oh the irony!) in a game that took place in Mushroom World, they didn't let Mario's story get in their way, creating a possible plot hole without explaining if Mario traveled to the Real World and when. The fact that Baby Mario had many adventures in Mushroom World doesn't mean he couldn't have moved to the real world, but then again, it doesn't matter for the purposes of this article. I don't even know why this was brought up. Stumpers! 09:03, 4 August 2008 (EDT)

A little late, but...

I don't know when the article got featured, but the Sports games section is very unorganized. (There aren't even bullets) Marcelagus (TCE) I'm working on a different article right now... sorry

If I get a chance I'll work on it. Stumpers! 14:26, 4 August 2008 (EDT)

I also believe an interaction with other characters section needs to be added, but I will get to work on that as soon as I find the time. White Knight (talk)

Yoshi Touch & Go

Why is Yoshi Touch & Go not mentioned in this article? - Myles Artwork of Luigi for Mario Party DS

Oops! It should be, right after the Yoshi's Island 1 paragraph it should at least be mentioned at the end. Stumpers! 13:38, 17 August 2008 (EDT)
First the sports section, now this; I think it might've been a bit too early to feature this one. :\ Marcelagus (TCE)
