Scratch and Match is a minigame that involves luck in Super Mario World 2: Yoshi's Island and Yoshi's Island: Super Mario Advance 3. It involved scratching cards to get 1-Ups. In Yoshi's Island DS, this mini-game is just known as Scratch but was still the same concept.
Scoring Chart
- 3 Toadies – 0-Up
- 1 Baby Mario – 1-Up
- 2 Baby Marios – 2-Up
- 3 Baby Marios – 5-Up
It was random when ever the player scratched. There was 4 Toadies and 3 Mario's in the level. The hand would either scratch up, down, or sideways.
