:What were they key points in the disagreement? I do think the overall color scheme between this and F.L.U.D.D. seem quite similar, with colors blue, yellow, silver, and brown all shared. This game was also released near Sunshine's release, relying on several elements from Super Mario Sunshine including Shine Sprites and Petey Piranha-like boss. However, key distinctions would be the primary color, blue, which seem to be not the same blue. Also, blue isn't really a major color for FLUDD, being restricted to just the pump. I'll bring up two pictures for comparison. | |||
