Lava Scarves and Red-Hot Blarggs is the sixth level of World 2 in Yoshi's Woolly World and Poochy & Yoshi's Woolly World.

Layout[edit]

The level starts with several lava geysers and Shy Guys. After a series of Wobble Rocks along with an Egg Block, the first Blargg appears, followed by two Hook Guys. This leads to another sequence of lava geysers, this time with Wobble Rocks. The first checkpoint appears afterwards. What follows is a series of Wobble Rocks and Bullet Bills, then a mass of lava geysers and two Donut Block structures. After a seesaw platform, the second checkpoint is reached. Immediately afterwards, there is a Blargg chase with the Goal Ring at the end of the chase.

Collectibles[edit]

Smiley Flowers[edit]

  • Smiley Flower 1: At the volcanic platform below the first yellow Shy Guy, there is a hidden Winged Cloud. Hitting it with a yarn ball will reveal the Smiley Flower just above.
  • Smiley Flower 2: At the series of lava geysers after the first two Hook Guys, there is another hidden Winged Cloud. Hitting it with a yarn ball will provide a series of beads leading to the Smiley Flower.
  • Smiley Flower 3: At the second Donut Block structure, there is an exclamation circle that Yoshi can activate; collecting all of the beads before the time runs out reveals a Smiley Flower.
  • Smiley Flower 4: At the seesaw platform immediately before the second checkpoint, there is a hidden platform that Yoshi can fill with a yarn ball. After approaching it and entering the black warp pipe, the Smiley Flower can be collected by bouncing on the Spring Balls.
  • Smiley Flower 5: There is an exclamation circle that Yoshi can activate during the Blargg chase; getting the Smiley Flower requires Yoshi to jump over the Blargg and drop down to it.

Wonder Wools[edit]

  • Wonder Wool 1: To the left of the first Blargg, which can be revealed via a Winged Cloud.
  • Wonder Wool 2: After the final set of lava geysers before the first checkpoint, Yoshi can push the right edge of the wall, revealing the Wonder Wool.
  • Wonder Wool 3: Revealed after hitting the first Winged Cloud after the first checkpoint. To obtain it, Yoshi must throw another yarn ball at it.
  • Wonder Wool 4: Revealed after hitting a hidden Winged Cloud at the top of the first column of Donut Blocks.
  • Wonder Wool 5: At the final stretch of the level, Yoshi can jump on two Bullet Bills to land on the Donut Blocks that the Wonder Wool is on.
