The Super Mario Bros. Super Show! Volume 2 is a DVD release of The Super Mario Bros. Super Show!, and the second of two volumes of the complete series, released on October 31, 2006, by Shout! Factory. This volume contains the last 28 episodes including both the animated and live-action segments (with the exception of four episodes for the latter), and special features within a 4-disc box set.

NCircle Entertainment would later reissue the box set, released on October 9, 2012. This release is similar to the Shout! Factory release, with the only exception being that the live-action segments are not included.

While the DVD contain all of the last 28 animated episodes, four of them were presented as bonus episodes as their corresponding live-action segments were not included. The missing live-action segments were: "9001: A Mario Odyssey", "Baby Mario Love", "George Washington Slept Here", and "Texas Tea".
