Hi there! Yes, this is a new plush released in SNW Japan. If you go to Mercari JP and look up "マリオロゼッタ" you will find listings for the plush. Her dress has a metalic finish compared to her other previous plush releases (they have all been a singluar turqouise color). Her star brooch also appears to be made of a different material and her heels don't have a metalic silver finish but are a solid gray. The small tags too appear to noww be in the back of her dress rather than inside (located in her legs for Sanei and on her body for Good Stuff, could be slightly misremembering though).
