Like the original theme, the exact composer is unknown; New Super Mario Bros. Wii was composed by Shiho Fujii and Ryo Nagamatsu.

Like the other themes, it is not exactly clear who composes this cover; the credits state three composers: Mike Peacock, Darren Radtke, and Chad York.
