The Waste Basket is used in Super Mario RPG: Legend of the Seven Stars to throw away unwanted items. In the game, Mario can only hold twenty-nine items. As such, if Mario is carrying the maximum amount of items and picks up a new item, he must decide which item needs to be discarded.
