Spinning-Star Sky, or Frosted Glacier-1, is the first course of Frosted Glacier. It is unlocked via completion of Morton's Compactor Castle, and its own completion unlocks Cooligan Fields and a spot with a Bubble Baby Yoshi.

Star Coins

- Star Coin 2: After an area of Star Lifts, the second Star Coin is found on top of the highest ledge. Mario and co. must use the Flying Squirrel Suit to fly under the ledge that has a Brick Block with a beanstalk in it. Mario and co. must climb up the beanstalk and jump across some Star Lifts to reach it.
- Star Coin 3: Near the very end of the course, the Star Coin is hidden in the ground, after a row of Munchers. The Super Star or Nabbit is required to reach it.
