The Butler's Room is a room found in Area Two of Luigi's Mansion.
Story
Luigi followed the door from the Laundry Room and entered the Butler's Room to find it empty. After sucking up a few Blue Mice, Luigi found nothing. He decided to leave the Butler's Room for the time being.
After successfully lighting Shivers' candles, Luigi followed the ghost back to his room, where the phantom took a seat and sat idly by. Shivers unwittingly exposed his heart, something the green ghost hunter took advantage of. Luigi quickly packed Shivers away in his Poltergust 3000 and the room became bright. The green clad plumber then received the Key to the Conservatory.

By inspecting the mouse hole with the Game Boy Horror, Luigi can activate a warp that will suck him in through the wall to the Hidden Room.
