Blinky is a red ghost who has only appeared in two Mario games to date – Mario Kart Arcade GP and Mario Kart Arcade GP 2. He is the archenemy of Pac-Man and the leader of the other ghosts. He debuted, like Pac-Man, in the game, Pac-Man.
