The course starts off underwater, with a Long ? Block above that contains a Super Mushroom, unless the player is a Yoshi or Nabbit, in which case it will simply contain coins. To the right is a wall of Brick Blocks, and three Talking Flowers that trail coins and a 10-flower coin. The Brick Blocks can be broken using the Dolphin Kick badge, and the Talking Flowers start swimming away.
The player has to swim past colorful blocks, where some of them are moving. The path then goes upwards, and then to the right, leading to a section with rotating blocks. The path then goes downwards, consisting of blocks on a track that move downwards, and then another right with more moving blocks and small blocks on tracks. The path ends with a green pipe and an area that only the Talking Flowers can reach, making their rewards unobtainable if the player took too long. The pipe leads to a section just above water with a Happy Flower nearby that moves some of the blocks upwards to help the player reach the top of the Goal Pole. After touching it, they will receive the level's sole Wonder Seed from a Poplin.
