The Snow Cap Galaxy is a galaxy in Super Mario Galaxy. Its always snowing on a planet, making it covered in a blanket of snow. Also, in the background, there is Aurora all over. Here Mario is able to use the Star Cursor to push the snow apart, revealing anything the snow hid.

Trivia
- A snow cap is a cap of snow on a mountain, glacier, etc.
- On the first planet, the player can see Mario through the glass, but not the Koopa Shell when he is holding it. The same thing happens to when you see Mario's sillouette through a wall.
