Ludwig is the koopa kid found in the Pipe Maze in Super Mario Bros. 3, and on Cookie Mountain in Super Mario World. In the cartoon series, he goes under the name of Kooky Von Koopa. Ludwig also appears in Mario and Luigi: Superstar Saga.
