Both names are English names, one's just a Woolseyism based on the Japanese name. Additionally, the "Hangin' Shy" name comes from unused text in the game. Therefore, Chandeli-ho takes precedence, as it's actually used in the English game. Niiue (talk) 03:27, 20 August 2017 (EDT)
