Yoshi's Island is the fourth course in Mario Golf for the Nintendo 64. To unlock this course, 1000 Course Points are required. It is located somewhere on Yoshi's Island, with many lakes, ponds, and life-sized fruits in it. The background noises include Donkey Kong and Ukiki voices. Like all courses in the game, it is a par 72.

The course is remade as Sparkling Waters in Mario Golf: World Tour. It appears as downloadable content, where it is made to look like Sparkling Waters from New Super Mario Bros. U.

Yoshi's Island hole 1 4 350 yards There is a large bump in the fairway on this hole with a smaller bump on the upper-right edge of it. In between these bumps and the green is a large bunker that curves around them, with a much smaller bunker also bordering the green to the south.
Yoshi's Island hole 2 4 400 yards A hole that goes over some hills, with the fairway getting narrower near the middle and the end. There is a bunker in the fairway near the middle, another off to the left, and four near the green.
Yoshi's Island hole 3 3 170 yards This hole's green is on an island, with its north edge being very close to the water and a bunker to the southwest.

Yoshi's Island hole 5 4 382 yards This hole weaves through a winding canyon, featuring bunkers near the center of the fairway and one south of the green.
Yoshi's Island hole 6 3 155 yards The green is located on top of a small plateau with steep slopes on the edges. Five bunkers surround the green.
Yoshi's Island hole 7 5 544 yards A large body of water runs vertically through the middle of this hole, dividing it into multiple sections.
Yoshi's Island hole 8 4 420 yards This bumpy hole has a steep drop in the center of the fairway with a bunker at the bottom. A long bunker borders the top of the green, with four smaller bunkers near the other sides.
Hole 9 of Yoshi's Island from Mario Golf 4 365 yards A large portion of this hole is out of bounds, will only a small section of fairway in between the tee box and the plateau the green is on, which has two bunkers on it.
Hole 10 of Yoshi's Island from Mario Golf 4 375 yards The fairway goes over a hill, then gets narrow as it curves around another hill. The top and bottom sides of the green are bordered by bunkers.
Hole 11 of Yoshi's Island from Mario Golf 5 507 yards A heavily sloped hole with a narrow winding fairway bordered by bunkers and palm trees.
Hole 12 of Yoshi's Island from Mario Golf 3 140 yards The green is on a small island in the middle of a deep, water-filled canyon with a lone bunker next to it.
Hole 13 of Yoshi's Island from Mario Golf 4 415 yards A large mound of rough sits on the right side of the fairway near the middle of the hole, while the fairway itself has a steep downward slope near the end. Three bunkers sit in the middle of the fairway near the mound, while two border the right side of the green.
Hole 14 of Yoshi's Island from Mario Golf 4 395 yards A river divides the hole into two sections horizontally. The front half contains a bumpy fairway with a bunker cutting into it on the left side, while the back half features a narrower section of fairway with rocky cliffs on the right. Two bunkers border the left side of the green.
Hole 15 of Yoshi's Island from Mario Golf 3 190 yards The green, along with the small portion of fairway in front of it, sit in the middle of a large bunker and form a doughnut shape.
Hole 16 of Yoshi's Island from Mario Golf 4 398 yards A hole with a wide fairway dotted with palm trees. Parts of the fairway, the tee box, and the green, are on top of small plateaus with rocky cliffsides. The green, as well as the bunker next to it, form a crescent shape.
Hole 17 of Yoshi's Island from Mario Golf 4 389 yards This hole is located on the side of a hill. The fairway curves left, then right around the hill, and has three bunkers on the left side. A patch of rough divides the fairway near the end, while the green is bumpy and has two bunkers near it.
Hole 18 of Yoshi's Island from Mario Golf 5 530 yards This hole features a narrow fairway with three bunkers on it bordered on the right by palm trees and on the left by a cliffside. A river runs through the hole and cuts the fairway short near the green, which has two bunkers near it. An alternate route involves driving the ball past two palm trees and over a cliff to reach a very small segment of fairway on the other side of the river.
