Maple Treeway is the third race course in the Star Cup in Mario Kart Wii. It takes place place in a large forest during autumn, making it greatly resemble the Gold Leaf Galaxy from Super Mario Galaxy. The track consists of racing on tree branches, on the treetops and even within the tree's themselves. Wigglers make their home on the treetops, and driving in them will hinder any racer. Piles of Leaves flank various parts of the track, and driving through them reveals mushrooms and Bananas, or even rarer, Stars.
Track Layout
The circuit starts off with three swooping turns which lead into a cannon, similar to those seen at DK Mountain and DK's Snowboard Cross. This cannon leads to the branches of a tree. After this section, the driver will be atop the tree, where two Wigglers trot along. Following a series of more twists and turns along branches, and driving across a Boost Pad towards a tight turn is a large net, which allows racers to preform tricks.
